Important: We cannot dispense hearing aids without a valid audiogram. This ensures your devices are perfectly matched to your hearing profile.

2. Review Required Documents

Before finalizing your purchase, please carefully review the following documents:

• FDA Waiver – Required for all hearing aid purchases

• Bill of Sale – Applies to all brand-new hearing aid purchases

• Terms of Service – Details your rights and our policies

Once you've placed your order, follow these simple steps to complete your fitting and receive your hearing aids:

1. Submit Your Hearing Test

Email your audiogram in PDF or image format to contact@auzen.com. Make sure the document is clear and all information is legible.

2. Confirmation & Delivery

Our team will promptly:

• Verify your audiogram and required documents

• Calibrate your devices to your hearing profile

• Ship your hearing aids with expedited delivery
